Detoxification
Far Infrared Rays can be used to detoxify the body and are used in numerous Saunas. The FIR increases blood circulation to help burn up calories while detoxifying the body and releasing the toxins through sweat.
When considering toxins, it must be recognized that toxins are poisonous substances that are irritating and sometimes permanently damaging to the tissues of the body. Toxins of any type must be avoided and eliminated at all costs.
Saunas help your body perspire, promoting the elimination of stored toxins through the skin, the largest major organ of elimination. Heat causes toxins to be released from cells into the lymphatic fluid. Since sweat is manufactured from lymphatic fluid, the toxins from the lymph are released when your body perspires. Releasing toxins through sweat also helps take the toxic load off the kidneys and liver, enabling them to function more efficiently, plus relaxes muscles, easing aches and pains. This “sweat therapy” is known technically as hyperthermic therapy.
A sensitive balance must often be maintained between a sufficient and continual attack against and sufficient die off of cell and organ damaging factors, and, the emotional and physical strength of oneself. Otherwise, reactions may cause initial feelings of being worse while actually making yourself better.
The reaction is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea, swollen glands, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, elevated heart rate, fever (usually low grade), hypotension (low blood pressure), Itching, hives and rash (sometimes assumed to be an allergic reaction) or other symptoms.

Over the last month, I have used the EyeOn wrap on different parts of my body.
Regarding my neck, shoulder, and both wrists: I applied the wrap for approximately 2 days and haven't felt any significant pain since. Didn't notice any detox symptoms.
Regarding my tennis elbow: I applied the wrap off and on over approximately 5 days and my right arm feels 80 percent healed. Didn't notice any detox symptoms.
For 2 days, I applied two wraps of significant size. The wraps were applied to the top left femur bone area and the tail bone area up through L5. The size of the wraps was 6 by 8 inches. Seemed to be a week delay in feeling sick from toxins. After one week, I had very loose stools for 3 days and even threw up for 4 hours. After the 3rd day, I felt better overall.

However, if a person has been exposed to toxins it is possible a Herxheimer reaction may result as the infection is irradiated. Now I can sit with 80 percent less pain, my hips are more straight, there is less pain in my SI Joints and I can walk better. Both my physical therapist and family practitioner were amazed at my progress and the healing that occurred.

I actually feel like my vitamins are working better on me now. I have a lot of energy. Whatever I killed off was sucking strength out of me. That’s why I want to do more. I think because I got sick I was scared to do more but on the flip side now I want to really clean out all the Candida and fungi and what ever else should not be there.
